What happens to a Bell Creek ARC request once it has been submitted?
1. It usually takes Community Group a couple of days from the time they receive an application to load it into the ARC database that manages the process.
2. Once it's loaded, the ARC Committee (Bell Creek Single Family) or The Reserve HOA Board get a notification to review the application submitted.
( The ARC Committee (Bell Creek Single Family) or The Reserve HOA Board has a maximum of 60 days to either approve or deny any application. )
3. If you provided an email address on the application, you will receive an automated email message indicating the application has been entered into the system.
Many people find that the email gets tagged as spam, so be on the lookout in your spam box as well over the next day or so. They have a responsibility to first make sure they have everything the committee will need to approve. If they don't they will contact you to get it so that once the ARC gets it loaded, there won't be much delay in processing.
4. Once the ARC Committee (Bell Creek Single Family) or The Reserve HOA Board votes, notification is sent to the homeowner letting them now if the request was approved, denied, or request additional information.
