The Social Committee is hosting a PLANNING SESSION for 2024 events - Please join us for a BREAKFAST/BRUNCH POT LUCK on Saturday January 6 @ 10AM.

• This is different from prior years where planning meetings happened throughout the year

• This year there will be ONE main planning meeting to plan most of the event’s details, with event leaders assigned and planning to take place well in advance.

• This will give us advantages like:

• Better availability for entertainment and rentals which can be booked earlier in the year

• Hopefully, greater involvement from our neighbors who only need to attend ONE meeting to plan this year’s events and then can choose which events they're passionate about to help volunteer later

• Event leaders and committee members will still complete last-minute plans as the event approaches, which should be minimal

Please bring nonperishable goods which will be donated to your local food bank. We will have donation bins setup outside the clubhouse.

Meet Bell Creeks very own Easter Bunny and race for Easter eggs

2023 will be the first year that Bell Creek will have its very own Easter Bunny at our Easter Egg Hunt.  Eggs will be filled with candy and tickets to turn in for prizes. There will be one golden egg per race which can be turned in for an extra special prize. Easter Egg Hunts will take place at the field again this year and be by age groups. Registration is required for each child or adult (that’s right, adults get to hunt too) that plan to participate to ensure that we have enough supplies.

This is a free event and open to Bell Creek residence only.

Your Social Committee has planned the first event of the year, which will be a WINE / BOURBON tasting.  These will be separate sessions, so you have to pick one!  

The event is planned for the afternoon of Saturday, February 18.  The timeframe is between 2PM – 5PM (more details to come as participants sign up).  

Each participant will enjoy a small food pairing with their tasting and may take home their tasting glass.

Each participant may bring one additional non-resident guest (*with an additional participant fee).

Participants choose one tasting to participate:

·         Wine: A variety tasting of 8 wines, with a presentation about wine tastings along with details and discussion about the wines offered.

·         Bourbon: A tasting of 4 bourbons, including classics and a local, with historical information about the each bourbon offered.

 Dress your house up for the holidays and compete to see which houses are the neighborhood favorites!  

*TOP 3 decorated houses win a gas or grocery gift card!

Voted on by everyone walking the tour by digital website .

 *Most festive dressed also wins a holiday surprise!!

A booked slot is required for each child who will be meeting with Santa, to ensure adequate time for everyone participating.

There are 100 total slots available in total, 25 at each time slot (4:10 / 5:10 / 6:10 / 7:10 PM).  Santa will provide some brief entertainment before each reserved child sits with Santa.

We kindly ask that the 4:10 PM timeslot be reserved for those with younger children, to accommodate their earlier bedtimes.

Bring your family and friends for a fun way to start Thanksgiving on the right foot! All ages welcome. Walk, jog, or run!

Coffee and hot cocoa generously provided by your local Pole Green Starbucks.  We will also have water and snacks!

Meet at the Clubhouse for an 8:00 AM CHECK IN & 9:00 AM KICK OFF
