Single Family HOA Board of Directors

The Bell Creek Single Family Homeowners Association has a five-member board who are owners elected by the community at our Annual Meeting. Board members serve a term of three years unless they have to resign before their term is completed, and may also run for re-election.

All meetings of the Bell Creek SFHOA are OPEN to residents in compliance with state and federal law. We encourage homeowner attendance and participation in the “Member Voice” segment of the agenda. Regularly scheduled board meetings are held every other month, usually the second Tuesday of the month, 6 pm at the Clubhouse. Special meetings are also occasionally held and notice posted on the HOA website and facebook page. The Annual Meeting is held in October.
